EVA foam offers an ideal balance of impact absorption, shape retention, and aesthetic appeal. The closed-cell structure resists moisture, doesn’t crumble over time, and accepts pigment for color-matched layered designs (e.g., bright bottom layer revealed when items are removed).
Manufacturing requires only your 3D model (STEP/STL/IGES) or detailed dimensions. We typically deliver samples in 7-10 days. Final color, layer combinations, and surface treatments (smooth-cut vs. textured) are fully customizable.
