XLPE is the preferred material for premium camera case interiors, electronics packaging where appearance matters, medical device packaging requiring repeated handling, and aviation/aerospace applications where weight-to-protection ratio is critical.
Available in densities from 30 to 100 kg/m³, with smooth-cut surfaces that look more refined than EPE alternatives. Color options include the standard black/grey plus custom-pigmented colors for layered designs at higher MOQ.
